Tile Roof

The most common problem with tile, concrete tile, fiber cement, and other types of masonry roofing is cracking. For anything but an occasional cracked or broken tile, hire a roofer.

Flat Roof

Flat roofs are common in the southwestern parts of Arizona for their energy efficiency and large area coverage.

Most residential roofs in the Grand Canyon State use shingles. These are tough materials that can withstand UV exposure, heavy rains, and high winds. But they also take hits. These are the types of repairs you may encounter:

"They were great! Came out the next day after initial call. Did a quick patch, an overall inspection took pictures of broken roofing tiles and flat surfaces. Were able to do the repairs a week early. Cleaned up their mess and showed me pics of the repairs. Done in a day. Would highly recommend and will use them again if needed."

"Scott was knowledgeable and fair in his quote. Scott and his crew arrived early the day prior to scheduled work and completed the job in one morning. The quality appears to be spot on. They also trimmed and removed a tree limb that was close to the house that wasn't on the work estimate. Great customer service and timely work. Can't go wrong with Red Arrow. Hands down, Red Arrow is the way to go. I got 5 quotes and not only was Scott’s the most comprehensive, it was fair and priced right. He is so easy to work with and very professional. If you’re looking for a dependable company for roof repair (ps - he’s also a licensed general contractor) you’ve found your company.

Scott went above and beyond what I expected. Gave me an honest assessment and explanation of what was going on up on the roof, and a good explanation of what he would do and why. Got a fair quote. They showed up on time and finished by noon. I got great before and after pics Things went so well, that afternoon I referred a neighbor to Scott to handle a problem he was having on his roof. I felt a sense of relief, believing I now have a beautiful roof and no issues!

I'm a loyal customer of Red Arrow Roofing. They fixed a leak in our living room in 2024 and most recently, they fixed a leak in our kitchen. I have to admit that I'm picky when it comes to selecting companies to work in/ on my home. I'm not "handy" and I recognize my limitations when it comes to home repair. I place a lot of trust in companies working in my home, so it's important to me to select a company that's honest and hard working. Red Arrow Roofing meets my criteria. I comb through customer reviews, check the AZ ROC, and do my homework before making the initial call. From the very first time I called Scott to my most recent repair, I've been consistently impressed. Scott and his team are professional, highly skilled, and take pride in their work. They are detailed, meticulous, and communicative. Scott takes the time to explain the problem and how they'll fix it. I appreciate that he showed me photos of the problem before work started, progress photos as the repair took place, and final pictures once the job was completed. The difference is astounding!! I was really impressed with the quality of their work. I would recommend Red Arrow Roofing to family, friends, and anyone in need of a trusted roofer.

Red Arrow Roofing did an outstanding job repairing our roof after heavy rains revealed a leak. Scott, the owner, promptly responded to my call and carefully inspected my roof. He pointed out the problem and promptly provided a written estimate for the repairs. The price quote was quite reasonable and included detailed information on how the repair would be done. A repair date was set, and Scott and his crew arrived right on time. The entire process was done professionally and promptly, including cleanup after the job was finished. EVERYTHING about Scott and Red Arrow Roofing has been a very pleasant experience! I highly recommend them!

Following a recent week of several back-to-back monsoon type rain storms, we discovered a water affected area in our master bedroom closet. We called plumbers first who ruled out any plumbing issues. They suggested a roofer. We contacted 3 separate roofing companies and learned that roofers were quite busy due to the rain storms. Fortunately for us, Scott (owner of Red Arrow Roofing) was able to come by the next morning. He was able to schedule us in between other appointments since we were having water leak problems. We have a flat sloped Sante Fe style roof. The roof powerwash, patching and repairs, and recoats were completed as timely as possible, allowing for appropriate drying days since another rain storm hit in the middle of this process. Scott was easy to work with including excellent communication about where we were in the project and what to expect next. Scott's son Dallon did the powerwash, and a lot of the actual repairs and coating. Excellent work. Scott followed up to inspect the work in progress and assess leak repairs. Both Scott and Dallon took pictures each day they worked and shared those with us so we could see the work in progress. Excellent worksite cleanup at time of project completion. I highly recommend this company. Reasonable and competitive pricing. Excellent work. We will definitely use Red Arrow Roofing for any future roofing projects.

A great experience!! Scott was out the day I called him to inspect the roof leak we had. He was very thorough examining the roof and explaining the problems he found and didn’t try to sell me on a new roof like the other inspectors I had out did (the tile roof was only 8 years old). Scott followed up fast and personally came out with his crew to perform the work. The communication was excellent, the price for the repairs was very reasonable. Red Arrow Roofing came recommended to me by a co-worker and I couldn’t be more pleased. I’d give their team more than five stars if I could.

Scott repaired faulty roof drainage on my home. He did an excellent job on that portion of the work. He also brought several other areas of the roof up to a condition that would help insure no further problems would occur. He finished the work in a timely manner and at a very reasonable cost.

Scott was super communicative and walked me through the whole process. After he explained what the issue was, I genuinely felt that he had the experience and knowledge to get the job done. During the process Scott also sent pictures and also completed some other maintenance items that were not in the original quote but did not charge me for the extra work. At the end Scott and his team went way beyond what I expected to ensure that the job was done correctly and within my budget. Thanks Red Arrow!

When a leak developed in the flat roof over our patio, I contacted 5 roofing companies in our area. Two were not taking any more jobs until 2023, one would not come to even give an estimate for 3 weeks, and one was so rude I hung up. Then I discovered Red Arrow Roofing and Scot Pulliam. Scott was easy to talk to and made an appointment to come to our home the next day. He was on-time and continued to be very easy to talk to and got right to the point, evidently knew what he was talking about and showed me what the problems were. I asked him to bid both a patch and a full roof replacement. The next day I had both via email. Both estimates were reasonable and very detailed. After choosing the patch option, he worked me into his schedule in a slot he had open for a relatively small job just a few days later. Both he and one of his crews showed up, again on time, and completed the job in about 3 1/2 hours. Scott provided pictures of the job as it was in progress and stayed with the crew until the last 20-30 minutes and then left to check on another job in progress. He came back after the crew had left and inspected the work to be sure all the work was done to the satisfaction of both he and I. The roof received a VERY heavy rain about 7 hours later (along with several more during the following 3 week) sand so far the problem has been solved. I am NOT expecting to revise this review and the products used were first rate and the crew very knowledgeable. I have worked with several contractors in the past on a variety of projects, including a couple of new builds and have never found one so easy to work with. I was impressed by his candor and knowledge and would not hesitate to work with him again in the future, especially when we do a full replacement on our roof in the near future. 5 stars all the way!! Scott at Red Arrow was fabulous. Came out and inspected the roof, found the issue and provided a quick solution. The communication was the best part. Took and shared pictures of the entire process while I was out of town. Nice to know I have a go-to roof company in town going forward. Highly recommended

We can't say enough good things about Scott and Red Arrow Roofing. We've never had needed a roof repair before, so we were nervous going in to it, but Scott is incredibily knowledgeable which instantly put us at ease. We had other quotes, but Red Arrow was the most reasonable and we felt the most comfortable with them! They were quick to come and look at our leak, and get us on their schedule. On repair day, they were on time and kept us informed throughout the process with pictures. Not only did they repair the leak, but any other areas on our roof that needed to be addressed. 10000% recommend and we would call them out again!

Contacted Scott, with Red Arrow Roofing, after neighbor told me my roof tiles were damaged. I had called several other roofing companies and was told it would be September (this was in early July). Scott said he would be out in 2 days. When he arrived to inspect the roof he fixed the tiles that had been moved by the wind and found other damage to some tiles. The roof was 17 years old and had never been serviced before. Scott told me what needed to be repaired and his crew started a couple days later. The job was finished in two days and I could not be happier with the quality and speed of the workers. I would recommend Red Arrow Roofing to anyone looking for work to be done on their roof.

Dave Smith

We chose to support a quality professional locally owned roofing service-- Red Arrow Roofing did not disappoint. It was time for the flat roof of our Santa Fe style home to have wear and tear roof repairs and coating. A complete evaluation was conducted quickly with pictures to verify recommendations for resurfacing and water proofing needed in damaged areas. Overall the work estimate was reasonable and fair, and services completed on schedule. Best of all the roof looks great and we have the peace of mind that the 4-yr warranty against leaks will likely not be needed. Red Arrow Roofing will be our family's go-to in the future and recommended to friends and neighbors.

Called, had questions, had them answered in a friendly and knowledgeable way. Hadn't been treated like a human being by a business in a long time. Highly recommend

I strongly recommend Red Arrow Roofing! Scott (owner) is very responsive and was able to get out for a roof inspection within days of contact. His team was able to replace the roof in a timely manner. I anticipate that the roof will hold up well over time.

Daniel Van Essen

Everything while dealing with Red Arrow and Scott, the owner, happened on time without exception. Nothing was delayed, there were no surprise expenses. The workers were courteous. I now have an excellent roof for another 25+ years.

Virginia Ford

We couldn't be more pleased with the work done by Scott and his crew. Thrilled with our new roof and extra problems they ran into from rotting wood where water had backed up were taken care of immediately by Scott. Would highly recommend Red Arrow Roofing to anyone who needs roof work done.

Gail Everson

I will begin by saying that Scott was prompt, responsive and communicative. He started the project of under-layment replacement by spending a week looking for matched replacement tiles for those which were damaged. The project was completed in a week and Scott came by daily to check on the progress of his crew. No hiccups and no regrets. Thank you.

Tushar Patel

Red Arrow Roofing replaced my roof and repaired the patio roof, interior wall and ceiling caused by excessive rain damage. Scott did a thorough review of the damage, provided a detailed listing of what needed to be done and gave fair and reasonable pricing estimates. But what really won the bid award was his honesty, integrity and good working principles. Red Arrow’s work was extraordinary, and their performance was outstanding from beginning to end. Scott oversaw every step of the project and demanded excellence in all the workmanship from roof replacement, drywall repairs, painting to cleanup. His entire team was amazing. They were experts in their field, professional, on time (every time) and were a pleasure to work with. Red Arrow gets 5 stars and an A+.

Jennine Almond

Red Arrow roofing is an excellent company. Scott is honest and straightforward and communicates well. The workers are hardworking, considerate, and friendly and did high quality work on my tile roof replacement. Other companies said it would take two weeks they knocked it out in 5 days. I won’t hesitate to call them again and I highly recommend them.

Bill Wadsworth

Red Arrow Roofing just completed our tile roof underlayment replacement last week. Scott (owner) is fantastic to work with. He kept us informed throughout the whole process, and even while in the wait queue - keeping us updated on estimated start date. (This has been a busy monsoon season for roofers!!). Mateo and his crew did a fantastic job on the roof, we couldn't be happier. They were courteous, and cleaned up after themselves daily. If you need some roof repairs/installation - don't hesitate to call Scott, you won't go wrong.

Tom Bozich

It's hard to put into words just how pleased my wife and I are with the work Scott and his hard working crew of employees did with our roof replacement. Scott is very friendly and very professional, in fact one of the nicest people I think I've ever met, and when he told us certain things would be done on a specific time schedule he delivered. If you ever need any work done on your roof, Scott and Red Arrow Roofing is the ONLY way to go. You will NOT be disappointed!

Devin Russel

I called Red Arrow Roofing after noticing a leak in my home after heavy monsoon rainfall. They fixed the issue promptly, the work looked excellent, and they charged a very fair price--I would highly recommend Red Arrow Roofing!

Donald Lyn Diesner

We had some roof damage due to the monsoons. I called Scott, he came out the next day to give us an estimate. Recognized the urgency to get this job done and scheduled to get it fixed in a timely manner. Other companies said they were booked for weeks out. We got lucky, price was reasonable, work was exactly what we needed. The team did a great job. He took our calls/ texts and was professional. Will definitely be referring and using Scotts company for future repairs.

Trisha Cortez

Highly recommend! Great communication and work. Roof looks great.

Wolff Slaven

Scott and his crew were very professional and did great work! I wouldn't hesitate to refer them to anyone. They went the extra mile when needed.

Kirk Fogleman

I love these guys. I placed a request through home advisor and Scott called me the same day. His demeanor and non pressure approach allowed me to feel quite at ease with him. Scott and his son Dalon arrived, quoted me an excellent price, and explained what the job would entail. Scott kept me posted on job progression and sent me pictures of before and after. I didn’t realize how bad my roof really was. Let’s face it no one wants to spend money on roof repair so finding these guys who do a great job at a fair price made it less painful.

Yolanda Carrasco

Scott did a terrific job of assessing our roofing issues and preparing the roof for a proper seal. The team was timely, reasonably priced and Scott was a great communicator about the status of the project. I highly recommend this company.

Scott was the only one of four businesses I reached out to to actually call me back. Not only was he punctual and professional, you could tell he was passionate about doing things correctly. His crew was efficient and clean. If we have any more roofs to repair Red arrow roofing will be who we have do the job.

Suz Mars

Scott was so easy to work with, very professional and friendly. He sent us detailed photos with his bid, and sent photos of all worked performed. They were on time, professional, did high quality work and cleaned up after themselves. Great job, I would definitely use Red Arrow again.

Judy Cocuzza

I requested an estimate from Red Arrow when I saw them working at a neighbor's home. They worked neatly and efficiently. When that job was complete, they came over and I showed them where some tiles had fell from the roof. One of the workers went up on the roof and did a quick inspection, took some pictures, and sent me a detailed estimate including the pictures of the repairs needed. Red Arrow gave me time to think on the estimate with no pressure, answered my questions and we scheduled the job. The job was done on time, even though one repair was more involved was more involved than originally expected. I am so pleased with the company, quality, and workmanship. Great job guys and thank you!

Whiskey Mom

Red Arrow Roofing has proved to be the best roofing company that I have worked with as a property manager. They are efficient and always get the jobs done quickly. Great quality work! Highly recommended!

Alicia Silvers

All around amazing service. Quality of work was great, communication was right on. They showed up when they said, cleaned up after theirselves and did an amazing job. Would definitely use again and again.

Kristen Stepp

Of the three estimates to reseal our flattop roof, this was the only one to point out that my prior use of Henry’s silicon based sealant around vent hoods would prevent APOC elastomeric sealer from adhering. They removed all the silicon and resealed around the vents prior to sealing the roof. Areas of water swale were raised with patch work for sealing as well. This also was in contrast to the two others who evaluated the roof and said nothing about standing water or related that if it was more than 3/4 of an inch they would not worry about it.

Mike and Kristie Flamm

Red Arrow Roofing and its owner Scott were excellent in every way. He and his crew were always punctual (something really important to me) and did the work promptly and consistent with the estimate. My roof was in terrible condition and now it looks new. I couldn't be happier with their work and would highly recommend Red Arrow to anyone I know that needs roof work.
